As some of you already know, I am a sucker for connection

for tangible feelings,

energetic connection,

that when in the presence of others,

they too can feel it.

I felt it.

I witnessed it.

I captured it.

I LOVE this little girls original, yet vintage name "Everleigh". 

I have had the pleasure of seeing her several times and she is a sweetie! 

We had this fun shoot in My "barn" studio!

When I think of my studio space I get giddy!

The wonderful high ceilings with galvanized tin ceilings and comfy furniture.

I love having clients to my studio because it is truly an original space. It really reflects who I am.

I have been a very poor blogger. Too much running, and yoga in my free time instead of blogging. But it is all about balance ;)

It warms my heart when I have the honour of shooting couples engagement, wedding and then the start of their family. 

I was excited to get the call from the hospital when Mr. Ryland was born:)

Ryland is such a beautiful newborn baby. The Family home served as a wonderful location to shoot these images. It is always a lot of work to do on location newborn shoots, but depending on the home it opens up a whole new level of creativity for me. 

I love to make each newborn sitting unique and fit into the family and the season. 

I love how these images turned out very fall-ish.

Mr. Ryland is lucky enough to have a beautiful older sister. 

She has a spark that shines when she enters a room.

She is also passionate about horses. One of the most beautiful connections on earth should you be lucky enough to experience it.

Kamryn is a wonderful cowgirl and will be successful at whatever she puts her mind to:)

When I think of Rheanne, one of the first things that comes to my mind is inspiring. This girl has climbed a large mountain this past year. 

She and her family are as tough as they come. 

I was excited to capture some moments of her and her brother Logan at their family farm near Rocky. 

She lights up a room with her smile and inquisitive personality. 

Rheanne, you inspire me each day to be a stronger person. To get out there and take life by the horns and do what is important. To have fun just be yourself.

Well there's nothing like looking at images from a warm winter day to bring back the hot chocolate craving!

Coleman and AJ were tones of fun as we trudged through the snow. I was nice and warm in my kentrex boots and snow pants while AJ was rocking some dresses and bare feet at some points. 

What a trooper.

Well I'd say it was all worth it ;)
